A very interesting titbit that has recently surfaced – at the GXL LAN,
Harbleu was briefly interviewed by a guy from Howard Stern show (9mins). If you don’t know who that is, see this. A show known for it’s exemplary class and grace unfortunately did not have positive things to say about our beloved game. Check Howard’s comments below in the video.

- # - nice! +0I’d just like to add: Howard Stern has the kind of appearance associated with the phrase “face for radio”.

- # - nice! +1Harbleu isnt trollin. he just doesnt want to give the interview. Who can blame him. I wouldn’t want to be on a show with a star the peaked in the 90′s. :P

very funny and if you attend LANs you are likely a social embarrassment you just don’t realise it yet
Y u so mean bro?
- # - nice! +1truth hurts
- # - nice! +3He’s been there. JB knows.
- # - nice! +62kl4skl right here
- # - nice! +2I used to think you were cool.
Get some facts before calling people social embarrassments.
- # - nice! +0I just call it as I see it
- # - nice! +4It’s not likely, mate…
- # - nice! +3It’s 100% certain.
Your illegitimate children would be most disappointed with that statement of yours.
- # - nice! +0People who are negative or need to make negative remarks have emotional responses to anything negative. They are attracted to negativity. Consciously and subconsciously their creativity and view of society are based on negativity.
If you listen to this show, if you “enjoy” this show, if you out it off as: “get over it loser, it is all for laughs,” you are a negative seeker who will be surrounded by negativity for the remainder of his life. You will live shorter, fuck worse, have more stress, and have debilitating health.
I always think of the commercial here in America when anyone is ever out rightly negative: youtu.be/L5ya8J-jyK4?hd=1
Howard Stern has some very very good material but APPARENTLY someone is running out of material. Guess it is time for another war.
Don’t be so negative, bro!
- # - nice! +1pretty cringe worthy to say the least
- # - nice! +0Look, it was fun back when he was smashing taboos with his transgressive show caught in a squared up radio world; but Stern should’ve stopped at least 20 years ago. It turned from daring rawness into cheapshot sensationalism.
And it’s not even clever, insightful, witty, or anything else that makes it worth it’s own existence in any way; even if you look at it as “staged stupidity” it’s not funny…
But maybe it’s just me… I fail to see the appeal of radio and especially radio deejays anyway.
And yeah Pyyyour I agree, this show is a symptom yet also a catalyst (because there is always a feedback loop of these events, like the commercial you posted portrays) for the cynicism that plagues our society.
I fuckin hate howard stern
- # - nice! +0posted this on gotfrag.
- # - nice! +7so the interviewer comes up to me right as we start out first match and asks me if he can interview me as we are playing. i tell him i’d rather not so i can focus on playing and he goes on comon it’ll be fine. so im trying to actually focus on playing and having this guy asking me the most random questions at the same time. i was barely paying attention to the questions the guy was asking when he decides he wants to record parts of me comming, of course when he started doing that there was absolutely nothing going on in the game so i just started saying useless stuff so that it wouldn’t be complete silence. guy is kind of a faggot but w/e
i forgive you )
- # - nice! +0He gets 100 million $ a year
- # - nice! +0sue for slander
??
Profit
That was the most embarrassing feature ever. Howard Stern made himself look like a retarded, arrogant, pretentious douchebag. It was painful to listen to.
- # - nice! +7You’ve got to see it from their side though. They grew up in when games had very little depth and probably have very little gaming exp. They look at whats on the surface of gaming and tbf, that is mostly the negative aspects. It’s sad how like closed minded he is though. You’d think if he was doing a section on gaming he’d atleast put some time into the research side of things. He goes on about how he could be working, but alot of the intricate things related to gaming are positives that do are helpful in working; leadership, teamwork, communication and confidence. Pretty pathetic but it’s fair enough.
- # - nice! +1somebody punk me.
- # - nice! +0Done.
- # - nice! +0terrible english but yeah…..
