As I’ve come to the first beta release of my work-in-progress map cp_quay, I decided to make a short walkthrough video, talking about how I’ve been thinking with some of the areas of the map, and trying to give some inspiration for rollouts. In an upcoming post I’ll write a bit more in-depth about the process of creating a competitive map from square one, and the reasoning that lies behind what I’ve done in cp_quay. Hopefully I’ll be able to make some people interested in mapping, and competitive mapping especially. For now, check out the video as well as the map, and look out for a future post on competitive mapping.
