Leftism — Tonight will see the ETF2L Premiership playoffs take a further step towards its conclusion as 
Team Infused take on 
TCM-Gaming in the semi-finals. This will be Infused’s first appearance in the playoffs as their second place during the regular season awarded them a bye in the first round. TCM, meanwhile, have had to overcome 
PunchLine with a 2-1 victory in the previous round to get this far.
The game will provide some interesting food for thought: Who will come out as the superior Demoman: 
kaidus or numlocked? Can Infused’s Scouts 
Cookye and JoeyC contain TCM’s Finnish scouting duo Hymzi and Rebeli? Will Fisshu stop relying on cap points to get up the scoreboard and start getting them frags? Only time will tell…

Infused unfortunately just missed out on guaranteeing themselves 1st seed in the Playoffs due to a season finale loss to Epsilon 4-2 – this means that Epsilon are in the Grand Final and guaranteed at least second place in season 12. Thus Infused take 2nd seed and faceoff against the winner of TCM Gaming and Punchline, the third and fourth seeded game. Unfortunately for Punchline they couldn’t replicate the form they showed for this game during the season – where they took a fantastic unexpected win 6-0, and as such fell into fourth after a tightly fought contest, losing 2-1. This means that TCM Progressed and now face Team Infused.
Now to the matter at hand, Infused vs TCM, the match they played during the regular season ended in a draw, with each team winning a map via golden cap. However both teams were disappointed with this result. From TCM’s point of view they had just dismissed quad and playing their first game with Rebelli and while this is a good result against the Season 11 Champions, it shows that had they had the opportunity to practice more with the former Dignitas/Relic player, then they could have easily stolen both maps that night. From the Infused point of view they all had a terrible night of TF2, with both Mike and numlocked being squashed by TCM at every turn, was this the TCM tactics or did neither player turn up that night?
Going into this game TCM look fired up, having taken a very close win against 4th place Punchline last week, they will be looking to break the forever third curse that has seemed to have been placed on all TCM teams. This could also be the last game the superstar Finnish scout hymzi plays with the team, due to the fact that he is unable to play at i46, and as such will step aside following the playoffs. If they have any hope of toppling Infused, then both Kaidus and hymzi need to be on form and Zebbosai needs to prove his worth as roaming soldier.
As for Infused, they seem to have the cocksure English arrogance going into this game, where they believe nothing TCM can do will deny them a place in that important Grand Final vs. Epsilon. However practice games haven’t gone smoothly the past few days, with the Mike ragequitting yesterday. Will this mean we will see Infused play with a merc?

Only a 3-mapper would have made it better :)
Agreed, was a highly entertaining watch this. Was fun to see the similarities in playstyle between Zeb and Darn. I believe the spy meet spy encounter on badlands really summed it all up.
