After all the Highlander over the last week, two familiar teams play each other, however, there’s no payloads or pixel trophies to win. No, tonight is all about getting to the Semi-Finals of the ETF2L Nations Cup. Tonight, it’s
Sweden taking on
Finland.

Sounds like we’ve done this already this week no? Well, we did! Both nations fought each other for 3rd place in the Highlander Nations Cup, with the Swedes coming out on top. However, tonight could be a different outcome. With the two “classics”, Badlands and Granary being the chosen maps (with Snakewater the decider if needed), the game has a regular feel to the night, however we can expect a lot of frags and fast paced action in this epic encounter. The teams look equal on paper but all will tell on the night. With Sweden bringing out the big names of Zebbosai and Wltrs, will it be enough to counter the Finns’ might of veteran Darn and the scout duo of Hymzi and Cookye? Will the Swedes keep the momentum going? Or will the Finns be able to get revenge and move on to the semis of the cup?
There’s only one place to find out! Tune in tonight on VanillaTV at 21:15 CEST to see hear myself and
Admirable casting this match to its conclusion, with
Comedian holding the camera as per usual. This game promises to be an explosive game!
EDIT: While this epic encounter is going on, we cannot forget the fact that one other match in the quarter finals will be happening. The impressive
Denmark will be taking on
Portugal in the third of the four matches in this bracket. After an impressive win against
Israel, can the Danes keep their momentum going? STV information will be provided for this game, which looks to be another close game.
