atmo — After a barrage of premiership matches in the last few days, tonight we are dialling it down one notch and bringing you some Div 1 “contestion” between Lutuset and vier//red. Whilst it may not be the top flight as it is down in OZF, this certainly has the prerequisites of a close fixture, with valuable points and additionally national pride at stake. Just as punchLine fly the French flag in Prem, sitting to attention and humming La Marseillaise in Mumble before every match, so too will tonight’s two teams be representing their country as patriotic collectives*.

It is heartening to see teams with such fully-flagged lineups, and the frictionless communication within their squads is surely a factor in their residence in Div 1. Speaking of unity and so on, Lutuset started their season with a tight victory over the Brits of TwistedPlay. However, it wasn’t quite so straightforward with TP being forced to use a merc in place of star-man Greg, underscoring the importance of the aforementioned team unity.

Either way, both teams are feeling fairly confident of their chances of victory, and have been keening it up with strategy sessions and inspiring team talks.

Feeling quite confident. We’ve got the team play working really well and had a tactic night with santtu yesterday.

Lutuset has shown a good result in their first official and have definitely proved to be worthy of division 1, so we are expecting a close game. Especially after our last minute demoman changes. With biester not wanting to playing demoman any more and only few games played with our new demoman sickless. We are looking forward to a good game with a hopefully good ending for us.

So, with the tempering of the German sextet with a substituting Russian in sickless will fortune once again swing Lutuset’s way?
