Greg — The EsportsHeaven Angels Cup is starting to draw to a close we are down to the final six teams and with 750 Euros on the line for the winning team its time to take a look at the remaining games.

The Upper Bracket Semi-Final between  Epsilon and  Crack Clan has yet to be played, due to unavailability last Thursday, which means that the game needs to be played by this coming Thursday - rumours are circling that it will be played Wednesday 18th. This match is a repeat of the ETF2L Playoff Semi-Final, where we saw Epsilon win in two maps, however both teams have had a short post playoff break and as such will be slightly rusty going into this game, stay tuned to VanillaTF2 and VanillaTV to see who will take advantage of the timing and progress to face Infused in the Upper Bracket Final.

The lower bracket restarts off on Thursday 19th, with Lower Round 6 on cp_freight and Lower Round 7 on cp_crossaint, these two maps may add a spanner to the works of the remaining teams that are looking to progress in the competition, but before we review these up coming matches lets take a look at the bracket.

Greg — Season 11 is over; the undisputed champions Epsilon have been defeated, which sees Team Infused crowned the new champions - breaking their curse of never beating Epsilon.  We now move into the off season break, however pretty much every team has had a mid-season or post-season team change, which has gone unreported except for live on PirateRadio (with CommanderX, kaidus and myself).  I am going to take you on a journey through the Season 11 team changes and look forward to the Season 12 Prem teams.

Current Premier Teams

Team Infused:
Lets start with the Champions of Season 11: Team Infused.  It has been a season of progression for them, beginning with a player change, the former dignitas scout cookye came in to replace the quad pistol and just a few days after this pickup the team lost out narrowly in the first Excello final of the season to their nemisis Epsilon eSports.  They took this in their stride and pushed forward, eventually repeating their first place in the regular season; granting them first seed into the playoffs, where they finally defeated Epsilon and secured the title “Champions of Europe” for Season 11.  However it has not been plain sailing for the English team as during the playoff period I made the decision to leave the team, the Team UK and former Team Thermaltake scout JoeyC (also known as Fisshu) replaced me.

CommanderX — Look who it is with more news about matches, I promise we will have stv for this one and on time too. Two of the favourites for Division 1 gold meet on the two original maps, cp_badlands and cp_granary. The action kicks off a little earlier than we’re used to, mainly cos of Russian timezones, but it is definitely worth tuning in for. Me and the  Gregster will be bringing you the voice over while  Comedian lines up some moving pictures.

Faint — Update: Due to issues with Kaidus’ net (and possibly tryharders also having problems), the yyt vs tryharders game is to be rescheduled for a later date. Continuing the run of bad luck, due to steam being down currently, our backup games have also been wildcarded.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but these issues are obviously out of our control so there’s not much we can do.

Trell —  Apparently according to M0re, it’s definitely confirmed for tonight now!

The portugese guys from eq have only played 4 maps in total this season, and unfortunately have lost all of them, while CKRAS are doing slightly better with 4 maps played, but more importantly, theyve chalked up 1 win.  As the Premiership stands currently, CKRAS are 2 places above eq, so both teams could do with an all important 2 map win tonight.
