Trent — The concept is simple. 6 on 6 TF2, but with no Scouts, Soldiers, or Demomen to be seen. Your first reaction may well be, to quote atrox_, “Sounds retarded,” but think about it for a second or two and hopefully you’ll realise just how fun it can be. The prototype `test´ match was a success and greatly enjoyed by all. The format of the tournament (including maps) will depend on the number of teams, but the winners will each become owners of a coveted Lo-Fi Longwave, courtesy of our friends at KritzKast. (Come on, we all know nothing is more valuable than hats!).

With YoYoTech already in it to win it and VanillaTV set to cast thanks to Comedian, the competition looks fierce for what’s sure to be the most terribly serious event you’ll see this autumn!

One of North American’s Top TF2 teams, “The Experiment”, will battle it out with a hand picked community team. Torden — It’s a good morning for TF2. Last night’s match had about 1000 spectators on average, with 9000 dropping into the main stream at some point, multiples times more than the usual, and hopefully we’ll get an increasingly widespread promotion of top class games like it. But, enough about us, we’ve gotten several submissions about smaller and bigger movements in the scene at large. Thanks for the heads up, here’s some stuff directly from the source:
